We were warmly welcomed with a welcome drink, and it’s clear that the hotel is well‑maintained and regularly cleaned. Overall, the stay had both positives and negatives. The beach was clean and calm, ideal for small children, with plenty of chairs and free canoes and paddleboards. There were many activities every day for both kids and adults, and the children’s animation program was especially strong. The restaurant staff were friendly, and there was always something to eat, with many food options available throughout the day.
However, we were given the smallest room in the building for five people, with limited storage space and frequent toilet issues. Some adult animation staff made inappropriate comments, and guest services often felt unhelpful. Cleaning was inconsistent, and the buffet food repeated weekly, with Sundays being noticeably weaker.
After a few days, security also informed us that flying a drone was not allowed, even though this rule was not stated anywhere. Guest services told us that despite the lack of any official mention, we would need to request special permission from a supervisor between 6 and 7 a.m.
