Staff realizing the hotel is not a 4* but being in a loyalty conflict between employer and guest. Not proactively offering any service deserving 4 stars.
Balcony tiles fill of stains, rusty shower cabin, dirt and dust under the bed, room safe battery uncharged and not replaced, shamppo and soap only for the first night unless you explicitly asl the receptipon for replenishment, same with coffee and tea, never replenished unless you ask, towel not changed daily unless you ask for it at the reception, air condition loud and humming, ebven occasionally drippingg, hygiene of the bathroom highly questionable.
Nissaki has a very nice, small beach, but nothing else to do in the vicinity, so for longer stays a rental car is highly recommendable.
Exceptt for pool billard and a really not nice pool area the hotel can not offer anything else.
This is the worst we have ever come across! How can this be a 4 star hotel???
The same breakfast and dinner every day, of the lowest quality imaginable and a really small choice and variation. Awful!
