All-inclusive program is just a joke: - from distillers are available only vodka and gin. Both diluted with water in ratio 1:1 - weak and disgusting. People are therefore forced to buy alcohol in a shop. I have never seen such fail in any all-inclusive hotels. - towels not included - umbrellas and sunbeds not included - pay on beach or buy voucher They start cleaning and removing sunbeds at pool at 18:00? Wtf?? Almost nobody speaks english. If you dont speak russian, you are lost. Also on reception is english poor. On the beach is nothing except sunbeds and umbrellas and very annoying tax collectors. I really don't know who recommends this hotel for families with children because, except one water slide, there is nothing for children as for adults too. The only "animation program" is party bus to Havana disco club where you get free entry. I would not recommend this hotel to anybody - adults nor families with children. Extremely small and totally boring hotel.
