We wanted to try All-inclusive vacation and recognize that it´s not right for us. TOO MUCH russian tourist (almost 99% of all guests). The staff doesn´t speak english but fluently by russian language.

Služby hotela

Missing Wi-Fi connection in the room, available only at the lobby. Even 4 lifts available ( poor function) and really very hot inside in the lift (sometimes over 35Deg). When we arrived to hotel the staff who present us the room asked us for "tips" so when I give him 15 Turkish lira he asked me for additional 200 liras !!!! We rejected. Also we were there with baby (one year old) so I had to request 4x times to get baby bed.....

Cleaning/service done properly no complaint but the furniture, the bathroom was not in condition of 5stars hotel (max 3*)

The beach was OK, sand and small stones. There was clean

A lot of different food but Fest of chicken meat... probably due to muslim country. Generally was ok but still I have stomach trouble even we arrived two weeks ago !!!! The waitter should clean table more frequently, air condition in the hall doesn´t work properly
