The staff at the reception were often very unhelpful. For example, when I could not connect to WIFI, I asked them to help me, but they only recommend me to read and follow their instructions they had written on the counter. Another bad experience was when I asked at the reception where is the bus stop of the bus going to Olympos Teleferik. Instead of answering my question, receptionist advised me to contact my delegate and pay one day trip. When I told him I was not interested in one day trip, despite of that I did not get answer.

Another major problem was housekeeping. The only think that cleaning woman daily did - changed towels, made the bed, refilled minibar and dispose of garbage. She did not change glasses, did not clean the bathroom, toilet neither shower. We had the family room and the bathroom used 4 people. The cleaner did not vacuum the carpet in the room. I can not imagine how family with small kids crawling on the floor would be satisfied with such a housekeeping. She did not refill tree times toilet paper. And one day she did not even come and clean at all. I have to say, that I have not had such a poor cleaning experience at the hotel so far. Our room and balcony was facing the pool and loud music was playing till late night, even after midnight. I could not sleep even balcony was closed. The music was as loud as on a rock concert. The noisy and drunk Russian tourists woke us over the morning. When I complained to the manager of the night service that it was 23.30 p.m. and the music was still playing very loud, so his answer was that 1000 tourists wanted to get entertained, so what's the problem. When I looked out of the balcony, I saw maximum of 30- 40 people dancing outside. The hotel management totally ignores the guests who prefer a peaceful and relaxing holiday!!!!!!!!! They prefer noisy and drunk Russian tourists.

The hotel is situated directly on the beach (up to 100m). The beach is pebble, with worse access to the sea (shoes are required to enter the sea), but the water was warm and very clean. The area is surrounded by beautiful mountains.

I did not participate the program of the hotel. Water sports at the beach are highly overpriced and not worth it. Payed 50 EUR for 1 person for 5 minutes of parasailing plus 5 EUR 1 printed photo (not digital).

Very tasty food and a varied selection of food and drinks.
